Multitray is a fast-growing family business, founded in 2010, providing high quality trays and packaging solutions. To support our growth, we are looking for an energetic Quality and Customer Satisfaction Coordinator who will be responsible for improving our quality processes and customer relations. We value our informal working atmosphere. Do you recognize yourself?
What will you do?
- You will be responsible for the quality of our products, following established quality procedures;
- You control the quality of internal and external processes and ensure that we maintain the quality mark;
- You will act as a point of contact for customers, handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction;
- You switch between the production and sales departments to optimize processes;
- You will occasionally assist in processing orders.
What do you bring?
- A background in ensuring quality within production is desired;
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus;
- Passion for quality and customer satisfaction;
- A customer-oriented attitude with experience in customer service is a plus.

- A competitive salary and a travel allowance of 0.23 euros per kilometer;
- Flexible working hours, work for example 24 hours spread over 5 days, or some other construction;
